Biography

Alex is an experienced Director and Producer, who has worked at a large number of venues throughout London and the rest of the country, on a multitude of different productions, including plays, musicals and operas.

Recent Director credits include:  The Merchant of Venice (Wimbledon Studio Theatre and Tour),  Carmen and Die Fledermaus (Carshalton Opera), Oranges and Ink (Tristan Bates and The Hen and Chickens),  Words not Deeds (Bloomsbury Theatre Festival), A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Romeo and Juliet, and Much Ado About Nothing (The Rose Playhouse).

Alex is the Executive Producer of Shakespeare in the Squares. Other producing credits include: The Frogs, and Natural Affection (Jermyn Street Theatre).

In 2018, Alex founded her own production company, Alex Pearson Productions. Credits include: Macbeth (The Rose Playhouse) 20:40 (Omnibus Theatre), and Scoop (The Rose Playhouse).
